Premier Fair in the Energy and Water Industries Will Grow Further

An Extra Hall Will be Opened for E-world energy & water 2011 at Messe Essen
On February 8- 10, 2011, the eleventh E-world energy & water will take place at Messe Essen. The steady growth of the premier fair in the energy and water industries is continuing. Even well before the closing date for registration at the end of October, it is already certain that it will be possible to open an extra fair hall for E-world. "The enlargement of E-world by a gross area of 7,300 square metres in the additional Hall 7 will result in a total gross area of over 41,000 square metres in the five fair halls at E-world then," is the happy reaction of both Managing Directors, Stefanie Hamm and Klaus Reich.

Hall 7 Will be Totally Geared up for smart energy
The "smart energy" subject area already introduced in 2010 will be extended considerably in the coming year. For example, the cooperative booth will be enlarged and the whole Hall 7 will be geared up for smart energy. There, the subjects will include not only intelligent networks, meters and networked house technology but also self-supply with energy and energy storage.

Alternative Drives Will be the Subject of a Special Show
The organisers of E-world are also taking up the subject of "Alternative Drives" to a greater extent. Because the energy industry and the political field agree that, in view of changing climatic conditions and the future shortage of crude oil, the future will belong to these alternative drives. The "Future of Mobility" special show will display the status quo of alternative mobility and its future. The show will be rounded off by various possibilities for testing the alternative drive technologies oneself.
